When my older brother got his arrow of light award, I was fascinated by the plaque that was given to him. A few years later, it was my turn. However, my dad (and cub master) was unable to locate the maker of my brother’s plaque. So we went to our workshop to make our own. Everyone loved what we had made, so I decided as an eager sixth grader to go into business in 2003.

The rest is history. Thanks to all my customers over the years, I have been able to buy camping and hiking equipment that was the envy of the troop, trek through Philmont twice, attend many other scout outings, and eventually attain the rank of Eagle Scout.  Now, the profits from my arrow business will help pay for my new great adventure - college.
